Juneau Marathon and Half-Marathon - NAOC/JTRR

Join us Saturday, July 25, 2026 for the Juneau Marathon and Half-Marathon. Both races follow scenic, USATF-certified out-and-back courses on Douglas and North Douglas Highways, featuring coastal views and a stunning vista of the Mendenhall Glacier. The marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifying event and the RRCA Alaska State Marathon Championship.

New this year, runners may leave a properly labeled, water-resistant drop bag at the start line for pickup at the finish line.

Midsummer Night Run - NAOC/JTRR

Join us Tuesday, August 11, 2026 for the Midsummer Night Run at False Outer Point on North Douglas. Choose between the 1-mile and 10K distances for a scenic summer evening race, with categories available for both adults and youth.

Location: False Outer Point parking lot, North Douglas
Distances: 1 Mile and 10K
Fee: Adults $15, Youth 18 and under $5

* The Nugget Alaska Outfitter Cup (NAOC) running series is co-sponsored each year by the Juneau Trail and Road Runners Club and Nugget Alaskan Outfitters. The points work as follows:

Runners must participate in at least three NAOC races to qualify for annual awards.

Races included in the series are designated with “NAOC” on the calendar.

Points count as follows in each division:

1st place, 10 points
-
2nd place, 9 pts.
-
3rd place, 8 pts.
-
etc. through 9th place, 2 pts.
-
All others, 1 point.

Awards are distributed at the annual meeting early the following calendar year.
