Another Busy Weekend Is Up Ahead! 05/15/2012 I'm sure the soreness from the Springtide Scramble has finally subsided...so it's time to kick it into high gear! This weekend, we have a few events to discuss. Friday at noon at the Sandy Beach shelters is the Coast Guard's memorial Run To Remember 5k/1mile. And on Saturday, we have two runs: The 5-leg Seacoast Relay starts at the Lena Beach picnic area at 9:00am while the Special Olympics Torch Run takes place at the Twin Lakes shelter at 10:00am. Lace up! We'll see you on the starting line! Girls On the Run is Looking for a Few Good Coaches! 04/24/2012 AWARE's Girls On the Run program needs a lot of enthusiastic coaches for the Fall 2012 running season. We Want Them! 03/31/2012 I know a lot of you are taking pictures of some of our prestigious runners at each and every race. Send them over to us! We would love to put them on the website!
